We also offer domestic clients a FREE 10 years Insurance Backed Insolvency Guarantee which is transferable if you sell your property.
For commercial premises a Co Partnership Insurance Backed Guarantee is offered. This guarantee is offered at a cost of 1.5% of the Contract Sum, exclusive of V.A.T. plus Insurance Premium Tax.
Both of these guarantees are only available through contractors who are members of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors.
